The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the stock of raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods warehouses within the factory environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, optimal inventory management, and effective coordination of product loading processes for ceramic tiles.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse and logistics management, a keen eye for inventory control, and the ability to streamline storage and dispatch operations while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Oversee and manage raw material, spare parts, and finished goods warehouses within the factory.

  • Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

  • Implement best practices in warehouse organization, material handling, and inventory control.

  • Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.

  • Monitor inventory turnover rates to optimize warehouse space utilization.

Logistics & Distribution Coordination

  • Supervise the loading and dispatch process of ceramic tile products to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and distribution teams to align warehouse activities with demand forecasts.

  • Ensure smooth transportation and logistics operations by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Optimize warehouse layout to improve space utilization, safety, and accessibility.

  • Utilize technology-driven inventory management systems to improve tracking and reporting.

  • Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization to enhance productivity.

    Team Leadership & Compliance

  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring proper training, development, and performance management.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments to minimize warehouse hazards and enhance workplace safety.

Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work at Mojokerto, East Java, Indonesia.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong expertise in warehouse operations, stock management, and supply chain coordination.

  • Proven ability to manage raw material, spare part, and finished goods inventory within a factory setting.

  • Experience in loading and dispatch operations for large-scale production units.

  • Strong understanding of logistics planning, distribution strategies, and warehouse safety compliance.

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and optimize warehouse efficiency.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
