We are seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to lead technical service operations based in Semarang. This position requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise, team leadership, and customer-focused service excellence. You’ll be instrumental in driving high-performance standards, system optimization, and customer satisfaction across a range of advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of field engineers, serving as the technical escalation point.

  • Oversee complex installations, integrations, and troubleshooting of advanced equipment and systems.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored technical solutions and optimize customer systems.

  • Utilize data, remote diagnostics, and digital tools to drive proactive maintenance and reduce downtime.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring service satisfaction.

  • Promote safety compliance and contribute to continuous improvement in service processes and tools.

  • Maintain accurate service documentation and report technical insights for internal use.

Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work at Semarang, Indonesia.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience/certification.

  • At least 5 years of experience in field service roles, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership capacity.

  • Strong background in remote support tools such as AR/VR diagnostics and virtual assistance platforms.

  • Familiarity with advanced technologies including RFID, RPA, IoT, and complex labeling/printing systems.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficient in troubleshooting both mechanical and software-related issues.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using service data and ticketing systems to drive performance improvements.

Preferred Skills

  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably within the apparel supply chain.

  • Strong safety awareness and understanding of regulatory compliance in technical field work.
