Responsibilities:

• Audit data integrity and governance in high-volume and big data environments. (Primary responsibility)
• Develop and maintain Python scripts to clean, process, and analyze data.
• Retrieve and analyze large datasets to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources.
• Develop and improve data sanity check procedures.
• Interpret and explain financial data clearly through written and verbal reports.
• Understand and analyze blockchain and cryptocurrency-related data.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and work independently to solve problems and provide data-driven insights.

Education / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Mandatory Requirements and Qualifications:

Experience:

• 1-2 years in a software development environment within a fintech company.
• Experience with data retrieval via APIs.
• Experience performing financial analysis and data sanity checks.
• Understanding of REST APIs, ETL pipelines, and data integrations.

Tech Stack:

• Mandatory proficiency in Python - scripting for data processing and analysis.
• Mandatory proficiency in SQL - proficiency in Data Definition Language (DDL) and Data Manipulation Language (DML).
• Mandatory proficiency in Excel (or similar spreadsheet software) - strong data analysis skills.

Nice to Have:

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Blockchain and cryptocurrency transactions.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience working with enterprise systems.
