Our client is a leading banking and digital finance platform in Southeast Asia that operates in 4 major countries: Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia. Targeting an emerging market with an underserved but creditworthy and fast-growing consumer group. Our client currently provides users with digital banking, consumer credit, digital investment and insurance brokerage services, fulfilling financial needs for a wide range of customers.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Tax Specialist to support the end-to-end employee tax processes. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and hands-on experience in monthly and annual tax reporting. Experience in fintech, multi-finance, or other top-tier companies is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and reconcile monthly tax calculations, including PPh21, PPh Unifikasi (23, 4(2), & 26), PPh25, and PPN.
Ensure timely tax payments and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Provide and manage employee tax deduction documentation (e.g., 1721 A1 forms).
Compile and maintain accurate tax records, including payment proofs and reports.
Analyze and monitor the tax process to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a strong academic record.
1–3 years of experience in handling tax matters, particularly monthly and annual tax reporting using tax software/systems.
Solid knowledge of Indonesian payroll and tax regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with tax platforms such as Coretax and DJP Online.
Brevet A & B certification is required.
High attention to detail, organized, and able to maintain data confidentiality.
