Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that align with the company’s mission and vision.
Manage all aspects of internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and brand representation.
Lead communication initiatives to increase brand awareness and enhance the company’s reputation across multiple platforms, including traditional media, digital, and social media.
Serve as the key liaison for stakeholder communication, fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, media, and the broader community.
Oversee the creation of content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and multimedia materials, ensuring high engagement and alignment with corporate branding.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (HR, marketing, sales) to align communication strategies with business objectives and promote company initiatives.
Monitor and analyze communication metrics (e.g., social media engagement, media coverage) to continually refine and improve strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication, branding, and digital media to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
General Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Communication or related fields.
Experienced 5 years in corporate communication field, with preference for candidates from the education or human resource development sectors.
Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies, with a strong grasp of corporate branding, media relations, and digital media.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of communication performance metrics and the ability to adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness (e.g., increasing viewer engagement on social media, managing media relations).
Proficiency in content creation, including writing and multimedia production (graphic design, video editing).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphic/video editing software.
