Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Improve organic search rankings and drive sustainable traffic growth for key product and content pages.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and resolve technical issues, including site structure, page speed, and crawlability.
Keyword Research & Optimization
- Conduct in-depth keyword research focusing on search intent, long-tail and short-tail keywords to drive targeted traffic.
- Identify high-value opportunities for content creation and optimization.
- Work with the content team to ensure all published content aligns with search intent and is optimized for SEO.
- Optimize meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structures to improve on-page SEO.
Competitor Analysis & Industry Trends
- Perform competitor SEO analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in keyword targeting, content strategy, and backlink acquisition.
- Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques to keep Creately ahead of the competition.
- Benchmark performance against competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
Technical SEO & Performance Optimization
- Ensure technical SEO best practices are followed to enhance site performance, mobile-friendliness, structured data implementation, and indexability.
- Work with developers and designers to implement SEO-friendly website updates.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and UX/UI elements for better search engine rankings.
- Solid experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization techniques, and conversion rate optimization.
Link Building & Off-Page SEO
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic reach.
- Identify guest blogging, PR, and influencer outreach opportunities for high-quality backlinks.
- Manage relationships with industry websites, blogs, and partners to acquire authoritative links.
SEO Reporting & Data Analysis
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, including rankings, organic traffic, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversions.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to measure SEO success and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously refine SEO strategies based on performance insights and analytics.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong English fluency and confident communication skills – You can articulate ideas clearly, engage in professional discussions, and express yourself effectively in both written and verbal communication.
- In-depth understanding of current industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing personalization and automation will be an added advantage.
