Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing WooCommerce platform and online store
• Support product listings, inventory management, and pricing updates
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Help analyze sales trends and customer behavior to improve strategies
• Assist with customer inquiries and order coordination
• Provide general support to the WooCommerce team and contribute to e-commerce initiatives

Qualifications:

✔ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field ✔ Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing ✔ Familiarity with WooCommerce or similar platforms is a plus ✔ Proficiency in Canva or other design tools for content creation is an advantage ✔ Good understanding of social media trends, online ads, and customer engagement ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
