Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, and e-commerce) to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to keep strategies fresh and effective
• Manage budgets for various digital campaigns and ensure cost-effective spending
• Use performance data to create actionable insights and report on KPIs to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

✔ Proven experience in performance marketing, with expertise in running paid search and social campaigns ✔ Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital advertising platforms ✔ Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other marketing measurement tools ✔ Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign performance analysis ✔ Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising best practices ✔ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions ✔ Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills ✔ A degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
