Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding processes for fashion retail staff
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management
• Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations
• Organize and conduct training programs and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

Admin Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office supplies, correspondence, and facilities management
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for the HR and management teams
• Assist in maintaining health and safety standards in the office and showroom environments
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external service providers
• Handle administrative support for the retail operations, including inventory management and store-related documentation
• Ensure smooth office operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the administrative department

Qualifications:

✔ Proven experience as an HR and Admin Executive, preferably in the fashion retail industry ✔ Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations ✔ Previous experience in payroll management and employee benefits administration ✔ Strong administrative skills, including knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office, HR software, etc.) ✔ Experience in handling recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee training ✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills ✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment ✔ A degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
