The company was launched to meet the rising demand for commercial vehicle components in Thailand and the broader ASEAN market. Building on several years of regional joint venture operations involving trucks and buses in both traditional and new energy segments, it now serves as a key production hub to support expanding business needs in Southeast Asia. Operations include engine assembly, testing, and customization, leveraging both imported components and local capabilities to meet growing market expectations.
We are looking for a Human Resources & Administration Specialist to join our growing team in Thailand. This role is pivotal in managing the full spectrum of HR functions and supporting administrative operations at the factory. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a strong people-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Develop and implement recruitment strategies and talent pipelines aligned with company growth plans
Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, transfers, resignations, and recordkeeping
Oversee employee relations and handle labor disputes and risk mitigation
Implement and monitor performance management systems
Conduct training on company policies, roles, and compliance requirements
Administer timekeeping, benefits, social security, and employment contracts
Handle work permit and visa applications for foreign employees
Administration & Finance
Manage daily administrative functions of the office
Handle cash collection/payment, bank transactions, and monthly financial reconciliation
Organize and archive accounting documents and financial records
Support internal processes for financing products and coordinate with local banks for loan procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (required)
Fluent in Thai and Chinese (both spoken and written)
Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources or administration
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and local HR practices
Familiarity with multicultural work environments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Thai national or Chinese candidate currently residing in Thailand
