As part of our continued expansion in Indonesia, we’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead one of our vibrant stores, deliver top-tier customer experiences, and uphold our international standards of excellence.

Your Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key player in delivering an outstanding in-store experience. You’ll lead by example, inspire the sales team, and ensure smooth daily operations—all while staying true to the brand and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and engaging experience

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fashion items

• Provide alternative styling suggestions and product upselling where appropriate

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand image

• Keep store fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times

• Handle point-of-sale processes and ensure accuracy in transactions

• Support the receipt and display of new merchandise arrivals

• Stay up to date on product knowledge and key fashion trends

• Clearly communicate product features, materials, and benefits to customers

• Adhere to company policies, operational guidelines, and procedures

• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment

Requirements:

• Experience in retail, customer service, or fashion sales preferred

• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Proficiency in Mandarin is a valuable advantage

• Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Positive attitude, energetic, and passionate about fashion and customer care

• Willing to be placed in Jakarta or BSD, Tangerang
