Job Requirements :

1.⁠ ⁠Bachelor degree in all major.

2.⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 Years of experience in the same position at Food & Beverages industry of FMCG company, Frozen food industry more preferred

3.⁠ ⁠Mature and Good Communication skill.

4.⁠ ⁠Team player with solid communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

5.⁠ ⁠Quick to adapt with new environment and people of varied backgrounds and cultures

6.⁠ ⁠Excellent knowledge in Manufacturing strategy, Manufacturing supply chain, Maintenance Management, Manufacturing improvement and Manufacturing Performance, COGM/COGS, GMP, HACCP, FSCC 22000.

7.⁠ ⁠Good in lead high performance team, business acumen, vision & strategy, and data management

8.⁠ ⁠Willing to be placed in Cikande Serang Banten

Job Desc :
