WE’RE HIRING: ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Support the planning and execution of projects by working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders

• Help ensure project goals are met within timelines and scope, without losing sight of quality

• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and documentation using the tools we love (hint: Jira & Confluence)

• Proactively spot potential blockers or risks, and collaborate with leads to resolve them early

• Assist in facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, and other Agile ceremonies

• Keep the team aligned by ensuring tasks and user stories are clear, estimated, and prioritized

• Provide timely updates and reports to internal stakeholders, with a focus on transparency and clarity

• Learn from experienced team members and grow into a confident project owner over time

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within a tech or software product environment

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum

• Exposure to project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana

• Strong communication and coordination skills – you’re good at keeping people on the same page

• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn – we love people who take initiative

• Bonus: Experience in a startup or scale-up setting, or certifications like CSM or PMI-ACP
