We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our talented team. This is a high-impact role where you will lead the development of intelligent automation tools, contribute to strategic architecture decisions, and mentor junior developers as we scale cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications focused on automation and RPA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, design, and engineering—to define functional requirements and software specifications.
• Lead end-to-end development of robust, maintainable, and high-performing systems.
• Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and guidance on best practices.
• Drive continuous integration and deployment efforts, ensuring smooth delivery pipelines.
• Participate in technical discussions and design reviews to uphold engineering excellence.
• Maintain documentation to support codebases and deployment processes.
• Champion security, data integrity, and compliance across software systems.
• Keep up with industry trends and recommend new tools and approaches to enhance development.
