We're looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee all financial operations of the company—including budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance—to ensure the company’s financial health and support its continued growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all financial activities, including budgeting, spending, and cash flow.
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with accounting standards.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure effective budget implementation across departments.
  • Analyze financial variances and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Oversee payroll, tax reporting, and financial administration to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure alignment with tax and audit regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial laws, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experienced in export and import company operation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Willing to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK).
