We’re seeking a creative, strategic, and brand-driven Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand initiatives across both online and offline channels. This role is key in shaping how our jewelry brand connects emotionally with customers, drives growth, and maintains its unique voice in the luxury space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement both short- and long-term brand strategies aligned with business goals.
- Dive deep into the brand’s roots, values, and evolution to craft a compelling brand story, and communicate it consistently across all platforms.
- Drive comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and e-commerce operations—leveraging platforms like Instagram and TikTok to engage audiences and boost brand presence.
- Plan and execute offline brand activities such as launch events, in-store promotions, and product showcases.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, gather market feedback, and analyze data to refine strategies and ensure impactful brand promotion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in brand management, with at least 3 years focusing on the Indonesian market.
- Preferably experienced in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian jewelry market and customer landscape.
- Strong planning and project management skills, able to handle multiple initiatives at once.
- Expertise in brand storytelling, positioning, and marketing campaign development.
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willing to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK).
