We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations and logistics function. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and delivery of products, while maintaining high levels of accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure timely and accurate processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure availability and accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse space and layout for efficient storage and accessibility.
- Oversee the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and receipt of goods.
- Manage transportation resources and coordinate efficient shipping arrangements.
- Negotiate with logistics providers to reduce costs while maintaining service quality and delivery timelines.
- Prepare regular reports on shipment status, logistics costs, and supplier performance.
- Resolve warehouse and logistics-related issues such as stock discrepancies, delivery delays, and vendor challenges.
- Continuously analyze operational workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Present routine operational reports and performance insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK).
