Responsibilities:

• To call identified existing clients of the Capital Trust Securities (Pvt) Ltd., and to make them understand the benefits of operating a 'Margin Trading Account', to conduct their trading / Investments at the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
• Email / WhatsApp required information to called clients.
• Make follow up calls, to called clients, to get them to finalise opening their 'Margin Trading Accounts'.
• Maintaining required records on these matters.
• Carry out any other activity related to Documentation Division.

Requirements:

• Engaging conversational abilities to convey what is required to clients.
• Prior experience in a Call Center or in Tele-Sales or in Sales is preferred.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Need to be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Emailing.
• Age 35 years or below.
