As we continue to expand our reach, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with deep experience in Microsoft technologies and a passion for closing deals.
What You’ll Do
- Drive B2B sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, etc.)
- Own the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting mid-sized to enterprise clients
- Develop tailored solution pitches and demos in collaboration with the technical team
- Contribute to marketing strategy by working with the marketing team to shape campaigns, events, and content that support lead generation and brand awareness
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and webinars to build visibility and relationships
- Stay up-to-date on Microsoft technology trends, product updates, and partner programs to inform both sales and marketing efforts
- Provide feedback from clients and prospects to help shape future service offerings and go-to-market strategies
What We’re Looking For
Sales-Focused Experience
- Minimum 2 years of B2B business development experience in IT services or digital transformation
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Microsoft Tech Savvy
- Hands-on knowledge or strong familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or related tools
- Ability to translate business needs into technical conversations (and vice versa)
Strategic Thinker
- Able to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build pipelines, and close enterprise deals
People Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
