As we continue to expand our reach, we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with deep experience in Microsoft technologies and a passion for closing deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive B2B sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, etc.)
  • Own the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting mid-sized to enterprise clients
  • Develop tailored solution pitches and demos in collaboration with the technical team
  • Contribute to marketing strategy by working with the marketing team to shape campaigns, events, and content that support lead generation and brand awareness
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and webinars to build visibility and relationships
  • Stay up-to-date on Microsoft technology trends, product updates, and partner programs to inform both sales and marketing efforts
  • Provide feedback from clients and prospects to help shape future service offerings and go-to-market strategies

What We’re Looking For

Sales-Focused Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B business development experience in IT services or digital transformation
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Microsoft Tech Savvy

  • Hands-on knowledge or strong familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or related tools
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical conversations (and vice versa)

Strategic Thinker

  • Able to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build pipelines, and close enterprise deals

People Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
