TEKHQS is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Onboarding Specialist with 3 years of experience to lead the technical implementation and onboarding process for new clients or users. In this role, youโll bridge the gap between sales, product, and support teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience tailored to each clientโs technical requirements.
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ: . Own and manage the technical onboarding process for new customers from initial kickoff to full implementation. . Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to understand customer requirements and ensure alignment. . Guide clients through product setup, configuration, integrations (APIs, SSO, webhooks, etc.), and best practices. . Provide training sessions, documentation, and technical support to ensure clients are set up for long-term success. . Troubleshoot issues during the onboarding phase and escalate when necessary.

Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. . 2โ3 years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation, customer success, or technical support roles. . Solid understanding of APIs, SaaS platforms, integrations, and cloud-based software solutions. . Experience working with tools like Postman, Jira, Confluence, or CRM/CS platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
