TEKHQS is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Onboarding Specialist with 3 years of experience to lead the technical implementation and onboarding process for new clients or users. In this role, youโ€™ll bridge the gap between sales, product, and support teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience tailored to each clientโ€™s technical requirements.

๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ: . Own and manage the technical onboarding process for new customers from initial kickoff to full implementation. . Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to understand customer requirements and ensure alignment. . Guide clients through product setup, configuration, integrations (APIs, SSO, webhooks, etc.), and best practices. . Provide training sessions, documentation, and technical support to ensure clients are set up for long-term success. . Troubleshoot issues during the onboarding phase and escalate when necessary.

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. . 2โ€“3 years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation, customer success, or technical support roles. . Solid understanding of APIs, SaaS platforms, integrations, and cloud-based software solutions. . Experience working with tools like Postman, Jira, Confluence, or CRM/CS platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zendesk. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
