We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring a seamless hiring process, and contributing to the company’s overall talent strategy. You will work closely with hiring managers to fill critical roles efficiently while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract and engage high-quality candidates, including job boards, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain an up-to-date recruitment pipeline and provide regular reports on hiring progress and key recruitment metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in the industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience in e-commerce, skincare, or fashion industries is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on-site.
