Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Export Sales Representative to lead market development for our bromine refrigeration systems across the Americas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial refrigeration or HVAC systems, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record in international project and channel development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales channels and strategic partnerships in the U.S., Mexico, Colombia, and other American markets

  • Identify, pursue, and manage commercial refrigeration project opportunities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and engineering firms

  • Analyze regional market dynamics and contribute to local business strategy

  • Coordinate with technical and support teams to deliver tailored solutions

  • Represent the company in regional trade events and customer meetings

  • Provide regular reporting to headquarters on sales progress and market insights

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major (engineering or business-related fields preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or similar sectors

  • Experience with key competitors in refrigeration HVAC is highly preferred

  • Strong command of English for daily work communication; Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Willingness to relocate or travel frequently across assigned markets

  • Candidates will be dispatched from China to the U.S. (visa support and relocation assistance provided)
