Job profile

◦ Managing the design process from conception through to final styling

◦ Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edit to lines, and create new concepts

◦ Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers

◦ Selecting fabrics and trims

◦ Creating tech packs for development packages

◦ Collaborating with the technical team to ensure development packages are accurate

◦ Reviewing product for style during the presentation & Fit

◦ Analyzing sell-through and identifying the best sellers

Candidate Profile

◦ Diploma/ degree in fashion designing with a minimum of 02 years of hands-on experience

◦ Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and textiles

◦ Must be creative & have a strong fashion sense to keep up with the ever-changing trends of the fashion industry

◦ Proficient in sketching and preferably in design tools such as CAD, Photoshop, and illustrator

◦ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
