🎯 Your Mission:

Be the digital spark behind Thyrst’s explosive growth. You’ll manage our social presence, run content daily, lead creator collaborations, and help drive digital campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, email, and paid ads. You’ll also coordinate to keep all marketing efforts aligned in Australia.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Create Content: Make high-quality TikToks & Reels using trends, humor, or product-driven storytelling.
• Post Daily: Upload at least 1 strong video per day with consistency and style.
• Coordinate Creators: Manage UGC creators & influencers in Australia to supply raw content regularly.
• Run Campaigns: Execute paid social campaigns (TikTok Ads / Meta Ads) and track results.
• Email Marketing: Write, design, and manage email campaigns to boost engagement and repeat purchase.
• Support Marketing: Coordinate broader marketing activities in Australia—events, promotions, sampling, etc.
• Track & Report: Review performance metrics and improve content and campaign strategy weekly.

💡 You Are:

• Experienced in Video Editing, Graphic Designing
• Experienced in TikTok/Instagram Reels, and social media marketing
• Understands Gen Z humor, virality, and visual storytelling
• Comfortable using CapCut, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, email tools like Zoho Campaign/Klaviyo
• Fluent in English
• Trend-savvy, creative, and organized
• Bonus: Experience with international markets or startup brands
