This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends operational oversight with a deep passion for customer experience and wellness hospitality.Your Responsibilities:Guest Experience & Service OperationsEnsure exceptional guest service across all villas, from warm welcomes to seamless check-outs Oversee room service standards and guest interactions to maintain a high level of personalized care Review, refine, and help implement menus with a guest-centric lens Handle service-related purchasing, including supplies for in-room amenities and guest experiences Maintain and oversee staff uniforms to reflect brand aesthetics and professionalism Food & Beverage CoordinationCollaborate with chefs to create and update seasonal and wellness-focused menus Manage kitchen purchasing and monitor stock usage to reduce waste and control costs Support in ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation across all F&B offerings Bookings & Guest RelationsTake charge of villa reservations, inquiries, and guest correspondence Create tailored experiences for guests, ensuring smooth and memorable stays Manage pre-arrival communication and post-stay follow-ups to elevate guest satisfaction Creative TouchesDesign and assemble thoughtful guest gift bags aligned with brand values Help curate and support wellness-focused events such as yoga retreats, meditation courses, and breathwork sessions Work closely with facilitators to ensure smooth event logistics and participant satisfaction Ideal Candidate Will Have:A background in hospitality or villa/resort management Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for wellness, mindful living, and creating thoughtful guest experiences An eye for aesthetics and detail, with a hands-on, proactive attitude
