We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Plant Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations at our production facility. This pivotal role requires strong coordination across Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, smooth production processes, and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will play a key role in aligning plant performance with customer demand and corporate sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as a central liaison between Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations teams.
  • Facilitate communication and workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Resolve production and supply chain bottlenecks to maintain seamless operations.

2. Operations Management

  • Lead and manage day-to-day plant activities to achieve production targets.
  • Oversee production schedules, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
  • Continuously improve workflows and reduce inefficiencies or downtime.

3. Maintenance & Workplace Safety

  • Supervise the routine maintenance of production equipment to minimize disruptions.
  • Promote and enforce strict safety protocols to create a hazard-free work environment.

4. Reporting & Compliance

  • Provide regular reports to the CEO on plant performance, KPIs, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.

5. Quality Assurance

  • Monitor product quality at all stages and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with teams to uphold high quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
