🔑Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the showroom, ensuring operational efficiency and a high standard of customer service
• Supervise, train, and motivate the showroom team to meet sales and performance targets
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock presentation in line with brand guidelines
• Oversee inventory control, stock management, and replenishment processes
• Ensure adherence to company policies, sales procedures, and customer experience standards
• Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to support brand initiatives and product launches

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or lifestyle sectors
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
