Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track work experience as B2B Sales with for 10+ years in IT industry, system integrator, or Digital transformation company, with leadership/managerial level
  • Business Development, Strategic Planning, Project Management and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and digital transformation
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving abilities to make sound business decisions and good presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and adapt at working with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities to drive business growth and success
  • Certifications in project management or business analysis are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition new clients B2B or enterprise for all industry
  • Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
  • Prepare and deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Working closely with Head of Business to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Specialist to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
  • Close the deal with the client and contribute to the business team in driving revenue
  • Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscape
