As a Manager, you will join a team of accomplished problem solvers, with comprehensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve complex business issues. Your day-to-day activities will involve assisting in delivering a wide range of concurrent deal and post-deal assignments, serving as the primary client contact, and actively participating in business development activities.
Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of clients, reporting to Senior Manager or Director.
Active involvement in financial management of clients.
Development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
Creating strategies to address complex technical challenges.
Management and delivery of large projects.
Training, coaching, and supervising staff.
Staying updated with local and national business and economic issues.
Preparing and reviewing strategic planning, business plans, financial statements, and similar planning-related output.
Assessing the market and identifying opportunities.
Job Requirements:
6+ years of experience, preferably in management consulting strategy.
Experienced working in Accenture / BCG / Mckenzie / other consulting firms is a must.
Experience in project management, operations, deals, or strategy.
Strong commercial awareness.
Six Sigma certification (highly regarded).
Working knowledge in data analytics (advantage).
