Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to assist in the day-to-day operations of our online platforms. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of e-commerce and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with listing and updating products on the website and online marketplaces.
• Coordinate product uploads, descriptions, and pricing updates.
• Support order processing, returns, and customer service tasks.
• Monitor website performance and report on sales and traffic data.
• Help with creating promotional campaigns and social media content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with other teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of online shopping trends and basic digital marketing.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.
