Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager (IT Device)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and service existing accounts/establish new accounts
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical advise and support to customers
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations and coordinate the end to end process
- Coordinate with the sales team by preparing quotations, handling documentation and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales - related equipment and material
- Handle the processing of all tasks with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to align business development strategies with overall company goals
- Generating leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling and online research
Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years’ proven experience in a similar capacity
- Hands on experience in handling device selling (Notebooks/Desktops) is a must
- Able to perform duties with creativity and innovation
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Good customer handling etiquette
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- A sound academic background with a minimum of GCE A/L
- A degree/diploma in a relevant academic discipline will be a definite advantage
