Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and service existing accounts/establish new accounts
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical advise and support to customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations and coordinate the end to end process
  • Coordinate with the sales team by preparing quotations, handling documentation and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales - related equipment and material
  • Handle the processing of all tasks with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to align business development strategies with overall company goals
  • Generating leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling and online research

Key Requirements:

  • 2-4 years’ proven experience in a similar capacity
  • Hands on experience in handling device selling (Notebooks/Desktops) is a must
  • Able to perform duties with creativity and innovation
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • Good customer handling etiquette
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • A sound academic background with a minimum of GCE A/L
  • A degree/diploma in a relevant academic discipline will be a definite advantage
