Candidate Profile
· Degree / Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in secretarial practice from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
· Possessing a minimum of 2 years of experience is a plus.
· Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with good command in English and Sinhala. (Tamil or Chinese would be an added benefit)
· Knowledge and experience working in ERP or CRM.
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
· Excellent organizing and planning skills.
· Well-developed computer literacy skills in MS office.
· Team player with a pleasing personality.
Job Responsibilities
· Providing comprehensive administrative support and carrying out secretarial duties of the Director.
· Maintaining and preparing correspondence reports, minutes of the meetings and other general secretarial works.
· Responsible for the preparation of Board Papers to be sent to company secretary & following up on Board decision.
· Maintaining of confidential and methodical filing system.
· Conduct research and gather information to support the Director in decision making process.
