Key Responsibilities
- Translate organizational business strategy into actionable plans and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Identify market opportunities and define competitive pricing and positioning strategies.
- Lead the development of new services and solutions tailored to market needs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and technological developments.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate and secure contracts with both local and international clients.
- Champion SGS’s image, capabilities, and integrity in the market.
- Oversee contract execution and manage pre- and post-commercial activities.
- Promote and mentor future leaders within the team.
- Foster a strong safety and ethics culture aligned with company policies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or operations, preferably in the TIC or techno-commercial industry.
- Proven experience in managing Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
