This role is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our export operations, supporting our continued success on the global stage.

Key Responsibilities

· Rate Negotiation: Engage and negotiate competitive rates with pack houses to optimize procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

· Supplier Evaluation & Coordination: Maintain consistent engagement with pack houses to ensure timely deliveries, adherence to quality standards, and smooth operations.

· Market Monitoring: Track and analyze daily prices of raw materials; prepare and share insightful updates with management to support strategic decision-making.

· Industry Insights and Competitor analysis: Continuously research and provide valuable insights on industry practices, market trends, and competitive activities to help shape business strategies.

· Reporting: Communicate daily operational updates efficiently to management with clarity and accuracy to facilitate effective decisions.

What we are looking for,

• A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in Agri-exports or Agri-supply chain.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to work with a professional team, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and willingness to spend time in the field as required.
