Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing performance-focused ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and more. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a proven track record of delivering ROI-positive results across various industries, including e-commerce and lead generation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and more.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
- Create and manage ad campaigns, including copywriting, creative coordination, and proper tracking setup (UTMs, pixels, etc.).
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring efficient ad spend and high ROI.
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager, providing actionable insights and regular reports.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting to improve conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for aligned messaging.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging advertising tools.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and potentially platforms like TikTok.
- Proven track record of driving ROI-positive campaigns with medium to large monthly ad spends.
- Experience with e-commerce, lead gen, B2B/B2C.
- Strong grasp of keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner).
- Proficient with Ads Manager, Google Ads interface, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Comfortable with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and setting up UTMs, pixels, events, and conversion tracking.
- Highly data-driven; can read between the numbers to make optimization decisions.
- Skilled in building regular reports with clear, actionable insights.
