The Role: Human Resource Intern
This isn’t a passive internship—you’ll take an active role in shaping the people side of our business. You’ll work closely with leadership and contribute to real projects that impact our culture and operations.
Duration: 6 Months
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative operations, ensuring everything stays organized, updated, and running smoothly.
- Coordinate the recruitment process by:
- Posting roles
- Sending assessment emails
- Tracking candidate progress
- Scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update hiring trackers, internal databases, and documentation (Notion, Sheets, etc.)
- Handle candidate communication—responding to inquiries, sending updates, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the process.
- Support onboarding by preparing resources, sharing documentation, and making sure new joiners have everything they need from day one.
- Organize and maintain internal records, contracts, and HR documents with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in drafting basic HR documents, letters, and internal communications.
- Help coordinate internal meetings, check-ins, and team updates where needed.
- Support simple culture and engagement initiatives (team activities, reminders, internal updates).
- Identify gaps in organization or processes and flag them early to improve efficiency.
You’ll Thrive If You:
- Are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have a strong interest in people management and HR strategy.
- Are highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Are proficient in Notion, Slack, Rooster and Office Tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Can maintain confidentiality and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Are a quick learner with a proactive attitude, ready to take initiative.
- Love working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with diverse teams.
