The Role

We are looking for a Tech Lead / Senior Tech Lead who will be responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of complex software products, driving customer satisfaction, and managing cross-functional teams effectively. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong project management, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement integration strategies using Azure Integration Services, Azure Functions, and related cloud-native tools.
• Lead the Node.js and TypeScript backend development, ensuring best practices in microservices and serverless architecture.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and manage infrastructure as code with Bicep.
• Oversee the frontend development in Vue.js, ensuring seamless interaction with backend services.
• Design and optimize SQL database schemas and manage data flows between integrated applications.
• Define and implement industry-standard messaging formats for effective inter-service communication.
• Ensure best practices in hosting, security, scalability, and monitoring within Azure.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practice guidance to development teams.
• Conduct system design reviews and define architectural governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
