Job Role:
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies aligned with Orysys’ growth objectives.
- Drive revenue generation, market penetration, and customer acquisition efforts across targeted industry verticals.
- Lead sales, presales, and account management functions, ensuring the seamless execution of the sales cycle.
- Conduct target audience analysis, refine messaging, and oversee requirement gathering, documentation, and management (pre- and post-sales).
- Expand reach by identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and offshore-onshore collaborations for requirement fulfillment.
- Conduct requirement workshops, product solutioning, and end-user training to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and retention.
- Provide leadership in project management, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and services.
- Analyze and interpret business needs to generate ROI-driven solutions for clients.
- Oversee partner alliances, conduct governance, and evaluate new partnerships.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Management, or a related field with an MBA from a reputed university or institute.
- 10-12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management, with a strong background in software, hardware, infrastructure, and resource augmentation.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and executing revenue-generating strategies.
- Experience in BFSI, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Hospitality industries is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business process reengineering and market penetration strategies.
- Experience in partner alliance management and working with offshore-onshore delivery models.
- Relevant certifications in Sales, Agile, DevOps, and AI are an added advantage.
