To ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, applications, and broadcast-related systems, supporting smooth and uninterrupted broadcasting and corporate operations. The role also involves overseeing the IT team and liaising with other departments to ensure timely technical support and alignment of IT services with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support hardware (servers, workstations, networking equipment) and software across departments.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and internet connectivity.
• Monitor firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices.
• Assist in implementation of IT-related projects and upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, AMC, and support services.
• Supervise, guide, and support the IT team in day-to-day operations.

• Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 6 – 8 years in IT support/administration job environment - Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows/Linux server and cloud environments.
• Experience in network protocols, firewalls, VPN systems - Good command of LAN/WAN architecture, internet failover, and IP-based workflows. -Fluent written and spoken English is essential to communicate effectively with international stakeholders, Vendors and internal teams.
