You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, pitching our services, and expanding our footprint locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and leads across relevant industries.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract new clients and brands aligned with DontBlink’s offerings.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and positioning our services as the solution.
- ✍ Lead proposal creation, pitch development, and sales presentations in collaboration with the strategy and creative teams.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline — from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
- Track business development metrics, goals, and growth targets to report progress to senior leadership.
- Represent DontBlink both online (via social platforms and digital presence) and offline (at networking events, industry meetups, and pitch meetings) to grow brand awareness and visibility.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales in a creative agency, media, or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing trends, especially in digital and short-form content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc).
- Strategic thinker — you see opportunities others miss.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other sales tech to manage your pipeline.
- Results-driven with a passion for creative storytelling and marketing innovation.
