Senior Accounts Executive Finance

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance department. The successful candidate will manage accounts receivables and creditors, maintain cash floats, and prepare detailed financial reports. You will also handle financial inquiries and collaborate with other departments to support the company’s operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivables and creditors, handle bank reconciliations, and maintain cash floats with proper record-keeping and reconciliation.
• Lead the Debtor Management and Payables Process across the group.
• Prepare sales commission schedules, compute product profitability, and maintain periodic transaction and management reports.
• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management, with part-qualification in recognized certifications such as CA, CIMA, ACCA, AAT, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of practical experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance theories and awareness of emerging financial processes.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, IT applications, and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
• A positive team player capable of accurate and timely reporting.
