Digital Talent MENA is hiring on behalf of a leading and well-established company in Egypt operating in the construction and engineering sector.

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Financial & Projects consultant to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing Oracle applications, ensuring their alignment with business goals, and driving the success of various implementation and support projects.

-Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full financial cycle, including all related sub-modules (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc.).
• Oversee and support project modules within the Oracle ERP system.
• Handle custom extensions for BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and subcontractor management.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for application enhancements.
• Ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of Oracle applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate project plans, timelines, and deliverables while aligning with business expectations.
• Provide ongoing application support and resolve end-user inquiries efficiently.
• Identify business gaps and recommend scalable, effective solutions.
• Conduct functional and solution analysis, including interface analysis and functional design.
• Prepare and execute test scripts and scenarios; provide active feedback during development and testing phases.
• Ensure end-to-end solution integrity, adhering to best practices in design and architecture.
• Develop and maintain Oracle ERP applications to meet business and project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve medium to complex issues in collaboration with business users and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Oracle Fusion technologies and proactively share relevant knowledge with the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users and key stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate implementation cutover activities.

-Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on implementation experience with one or more Oracle modules.
• Strong command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
