Digital Talent MENA is hiring on behalf of a well-established company in Egypt for the role of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, tech-driven environment focused on delivering high-quality, scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stabilize and maintain developed solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, .NET, and other programming languages.
• Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with the agreed scope, timeline, and objectives.
• Manage projects from initiation to delivery, adapting approaches based on the nature and complexity of each project.
• Collaborate with various business units to gather and analyze requirements, and propose effective CRM solutions.
• Design and develop integrated solutions using Microsoft’s latest tools and technologies.
• Evaluate and understand the development, infrastructure, and operational implications of proposed solutions to ensure seamless integration and long-term maintainability.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including .NET framework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Solid understanding of software development principles and lifecycle.
