✅ Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and exit processes.
- Ensure full compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws, EPF/ETF regulations, and employment standards.
- Handle employee relations matters and grievance procedures professionally.
- Maintain and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and company culture.
- Coordinate leave, attendance, and payroll input processes in collaboration with finance.
- Assist in internal audits, disciplinary actions, and performance management initiatives.
- Support employee engagement and organizational development activities.
📌 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan Labour Laws, EPF, ETF, and compliance practices is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil, knowing Hindi will be a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/systems.
- High integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
