This role will gather, analyze, and interpret data on markets, competitors, customers, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct primary and secondary research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities, strategies, and market positioning.
- Forecasting & Trend Analysis: Predict market shifts, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities or threats.
- Strategic Partnerships and Alliances: Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnerships with external organizations to drive business growth and expand market reach.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and executive teams to support strategic planning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, empowering them to achieve their personal and professional goals.
- Reporting: present marketing strategies, performance insights, and ROI analysis to senior leadership, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in marketing, with preference for experience in corporate or B2B environments, from similar industries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering data-backed strategies and reports to internal stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis, with hands-on experience using market analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms, data visualization tools).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies that drive business growth.
