Job Description:
We’re looking for a results-driven AI Workflow & Automation Specialist to implement and manage voice AI agents and automation workflows for our global clients. You will be responsible for setting up voice flows, integrating CRMs, and building multi-step automations that connect calling platforms to marketing and operations systems. This is a hands-on role focused on implementation, testing, and optimization—not model training
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement AI voice agents using platforms like Synthflow and Twilio
- Build and maintain workflow automations using Make.com, Zapier, and n8n
- Integrate data from AI agents into CRMs
- Set up post-call workflows: trigger webhooks, update custom fields, tag contacts, and manage call logic
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand user journeys and optimize flows
- Maintain clean, scalable systems with error handling and logging
- Create SOPs and documentation for each workflow setup
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n)
- Experience building workflows around AI or voice tools (e.g., Synthflow, Twilio)
- Comfortable working with webhooks, API connections, and custom field mappings
- Basic understanding of AI voice technology and how to structure conversation flows
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years in marketing ops, sales ops, CRM implementation, or automation
- Familiarity with WhatsApp integrations or voice-to-text transcription tools
- Experience managing integrations across multiple products
- Working knowledge of JSON, basic scripting (JavaScript or Python a plus)
- Experience in fast-paced client service or agency environment
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of AI-powered customer service flows or chatbots
- Interest in voice AI trends, LLMs, and prompt optimization
- Experience with educational or healthcare CRMs is a plus
