Responsibility/ Deliverable
- Participate in the recruitment and retention process for competent and talented personnel.
- Identify training and development needs in collaboration with department heads and ensure their fulfilment.
- Assisting HOD in ensuring compliance to laws and regulations, accurate and timely support for finalizing below staff payroll and statutory payments.
- Assisting HOD to install a high performance work culture through employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
Qualification & Experiences
- A degree or professional qualification in HR.
- Minimum Two years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in MS office applications and HRIS.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
