Responsibility / Deliverable
· Maintain the accuracy and reliability of the HR system and oversee precise payroll processing.
· Administer end-to-end payroll operations for all employees across the organization.
· Gather, verify, and manage timely employee earnings and deduction data, ensuring compliance with validation protocols.
· Execute payroll processing to guarantee correct and prompt salary disbursements.
· Monitor and update records related to employee wages, hourly rates, benefits, and onboarding information
Required qualifications and experience
· Completed HRM related degree would be an added advantage
· Minimum 1 year XP in payroll related job role.
· Team player and well versed with MS office.
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
