Express Visa Consulting is a fast-growing student visa consulting agency. We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Manager to take over our hiring process, employee management, and payroll.
Work Hours: Full-time Location: Remote Pay: 50-100K
**Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring: -** Post job descriptions on LinkedIn and Roster.
- Answer candidate inquiries via email and phone.
- Review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Assess candidates' language skills and remote work setup.
- Schedule and coordinate Zoom interviews for final rounds.
Onboarding & Employee Support: - Guide new hires through onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into our workflow.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation. -Provide support for employee concerns and escalate when necessary.
Payroll & HR Administration: - Prepare and send salary slips.
- Update payroll data in our accounting software.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure HR best practices.
Work Culture & Operations: - Help maintain a positive and efficient remote work environment.
- Assist with future training schedules and other HR-related improvements.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role. 2. Strong communication skills, especially in English. 3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 4. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. 5. Familiarity with payroll and HR processes (experience with accounting software is a plus). 6. Reliable internet connection 7. And a great work environment
Work Hours: While work hours are flexible, you must be available to take calls, respond to emails, provide employee support, and complete tasks within expected deadlines.
