Are you a talented writer with a passion for crafting compelling thought leadership content in healthcare, leadership, or professional development? We’re looking for a freelance blog writer and multimedia content creator to join our remote team!

Key accountabilities/responsibilities

• Research and draft compelling thought leadership blog posts on assigned topics (e.g. healthcare innovation, leadership, education).
• Collaborate on multimedia content, such as infographics, short videos, podcast scripts, or slide decks, aligned with each blog post.
• Ensure all content is well-researched, engaging, accurate, and aligned with the personal/professional brand of the commissioning party.
• Translate complex concepts into accessible language for a mixed professional audience.
• Meet agreed deadlines and incorporate feedback as needed.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience writing thought leadership content, preferably in healthcare, education, leadership, or tech.
• Strong research skills, including the ability to source and reference credible material.
• Proficiency in drafting visually supported content, including working with basic design or presentation tools .
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, with excellent time management.
• A strong portfolio of written blogs/articles (please include samples with application).

Desirable

• Experience working with professionals or executives to shape personal brand narratives.
• Familiarity with blog platforms.
• Understanding of UK context for healthcare and leadership (not essential but preferred).

Workload & Pay

Pay per blog/multimedia package, with scope to negotiate based on complexity.

Flexible hours; remote working.

Estimated output: 1–2 blogs per month (plus accompanying multimedia).
